Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff!

I enjoyed my three-night stay in a King Room. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Although the food prices were a bit high, the helpfulness of the staff truly made my visit special. I recommend tipping directly to your server.

The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, featuring a large bright window that let in plenty of light. The shower had great water pressure, and the cleanliness of the bathroom met my high standards. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to reducing towel usage for eco-friendliness. Staff were friendly and unobtrusive, allowing for a relaxed stay, although I wished there was a fridge in the room. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I would gladly repeat.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the spacious King Room and the wonderful food options at the dining room. The indoor pool and cozy lounge were perfect spots to relax after a long day. The only downside was the food prices felt a bit high, but overall I loved my time here! 😊

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn Springfield! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy corner perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I loved the Keurig coffee maker. it was such a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and comfortable. I loved having a Keurig in the room for my morning coffee. The cleanliness was on point, and the decor was nice too. There was plenty of room to relax after a long day. Definitely a solid choice for our family stay.

Upon entering the room, there was a slight musky smell that dissipated after the A/C worked for a bit. I opted not to have cleaning service during my stay, but they still came in to straighten up the room, which wasn’t quite my preference. Additionally, while the food available at the hotel was decent, I found it to be a bit pricier than expected for what I received.
